I rec'd 2 quotes for 2 plumbing jobs I needed, one was a new waterline to my refrigerator and another was a rocking toilet. I originally just wanted the waterline, but when they got to my home, I thought I better ask about the rocking toilet as well. One plumber quoted me $630, and Farrell quoted me $685. I asked if they could match the other, and Shane made a call and they came back even less than the 1st plumber for both jobs. I wasn't able to get the job done that day, but we set it up for the following Monday. Shane arrived on time, and went to work. He did clean work, detailing to me what he was doing and why it was important. I liked that he not only was the one who gave me a quote, but he did the job. He was detailed, explained things well, cleaned up better than it was before he came, and was thorough. I will use again, and recommend, and will request him every time.

I was having a problem with a smell in my guest bath. He even crawled under the house to see if he could find the issue. I was thinking maybe a dead animal. No such item. He did check every possibility. He then poured some drain cleaner into all my drains (not just my guest bath). He recommended a "smoke" check if the smell didn't go away. After several days the smell was gone and I am very happy. I have used Farrell on several other occasions and have not been disappointed.
