We grow our team slowly and intentionally. Every plumber and team member at Farrell is background checked, drug tested, and trained to the same standards we set when the company was founded in 2013.
Justin
Service Manager
Justin runs our service team, walks every major estimate, and is the friendly face many of our customers meet first. He has more than a decade of plumbing experience and the patient teaching style that has shaped our entire field crew.
Adam
Plumber
Adam is one of our senior plumbers and a go to on whole house repipes and slab leak rerouting. He is a fierce advocate for clean job sites and on the way texts that arrive on time.
Elijah
Plumber
Elijah loves a complicated diagnosis. From recurring drain clogs to mysterious pressure issues, he is the plumber we send when a customer needs help finding the actual cause of a problem.

Customer Service
Katie is one of the voices on the other end of the phone when you call our Port Richey office. She schedules appointments, follows up on every job, and works hard to make every customer feel like the only customer.

Megan is one of the voices on the other end of the phone when you call our Spring Hill office. She schedules appointments, coordinates our maintenance plan members, and keeps the day running smoothly with a calm, organized presence on every call.
