Local, Not Outsourced

A real local team in every community we serve.

Farrell Plumbing operates two full service offices across Pasco and Hernando County. Our flagship office sits at 6840 Commerce Ave in Port Richey, the same neighborhood where our family started the business in 2003. Our second office at 2118 Mariner Blvd in Spring Hill opened to keep response times short across Hernando County and the southern edge of Citrus County. Both locations are staffed by real local plumbers, dispatchers, and customer service team members who answer the phone, walk the work, and follow up after every job.

Local presence matters because the plumbing problems in our region are different from those in other parts of Florida. Coastal homes deal with salt air corrosion, slab homes deal with foundation movement and slab leaks, well water homes deal with iron and sulfur, and older neighborhoods deal with polybutylene and galvanized supply lines. We have built our team and our parts inventory around the realities of plumbing in our specific service area.

Browse the communities below to read about the plumbing services we provide in your specific neighborhood. If your community is not listed, give us a call. We frequently serve homes just outside our primary service area on a case by case basis and we will let you know honestly whether we are the right fit for the job.

FAQs

Service area questions, answered.

Quick answers from our expert plumbers. Still have a question? Call our team and a real person will pick up.

01 Are you a licensed and insured plumber in Florida?
Yes. Our state of Florida certified plumbing contractor license is CFC1430362 and we carry both general liability and workers compensation insurance for your protection. Every plumber on our team is background-checked and holds the certifications required to perform licensed plumbing work in Florida.
02 Do you offer same-day and emergency plumbing service?
Yes. Most non-emergency calls are reached the same day from our Port Richey or Spring Hill office. Emergency plumbing calls, including burst pipes, sewage backups, and no hot water, are dispatched within the hour, 24 hours a day. You will always speak with a real person, not an answering service.
03 What makes Farrell Plumbing different from other plumbers in Port Richey?
We have more verified five-star reviews than any other plumbing company in Pasco or Hernando County, more than 2,200 and counting. We have also earned the People's Choice Award and the Suncoast Readers' Choice recognition, voted on by local neighbors. Two local offices, fixed upfront pricing, and a 10-year workmanship warranty on every whole-house repipe round out the difference.
04 How do I get a price for a new water heater or water filtration system?
Use our Instant Water Heater Quote or Instant Water Filtration Quote tool from the homepage. Both walk you through five short questions and return a real installed price in minutes. No phone call required.
05 Do you charge a trip or service fee?
We waive the trip fee whenever you approve repair work. If you decline, a flat diagnostic fee applies and is shared in writing before any work begins. No hidden charges.
06 What is your workmanship warranty?
Most general plumbing repairs carry a 2-year to 30-day warranty depending upon the scope of the repair. Water heaters are covered by the manufacturer warranty term. Whole-home repipes carry a 10-year workmanship warranty. Every visit is also backed by our money-back guarantee.
07 Do you repair slab leaks in Port Richey and New Port Richey?
Yes. Slab leaks are one of our most common service calls across Pasco County, where virtually every home sits on a slab foundation. We use acoustic and thermal detection equipment to pinpoint the leak with minimal floor disruption, and we offer spot repair, overhead reroute, and full repipe options with fixed written prices.
08 Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible long-term financing options for larger projects such as repipes and water heater replacements, and short-term financing options for repairs starting at $500 and up. Maintenance plan members also enjoy member-only pricing on every repair and install.
09 Will you work directly with my insurance company?
We do not bill insurance directly, but we provide the timestamped photos, written reports, and pressure test data your adjuster needs to process a clean claim quickly. Many of our customers tell us our documentation alone saved them hours of back-and-forth with their carrier.
10 What service areas do you cover?
We cover Port Richey, New Port Richey, Trinity, Land O' Lakes, Spring Hill, Palm Harbor, Hudson, Gulf Harbors, Brooksville, Homosassa Springs, Weeki Wachee Gardens, Sugarmill Woods, and many of the surrounding Pasco, Hernando, Pinellas, and Citrus County communities. Two offices in Port Richey and Spring Hill allow us to reach more of our service area faster than a single-location shop.
