Completed jobs reviewed
We reviewed the charged work in completed Housecall Pro jobs, not just job titles. These are selected examples, not a company-wide average. Planning ranges round outward around the reviewed scopes. Recorded discounts and undiscounted service charges help show the budget spread; a past discount is not a current offer. Unrelated work, unselected options and gratuities are excluded. Your written proposal confirms your equipment, work and price. Ten distinct residential repair/connection jobs were checked: seven internal-component repairs and three connection or accessory jobs. Relevant service charges before job-level discounts ranged from $120 to $820; internal-component repair subtotals ranged from $250 to $565. A $2,835 bundled invoice included a water conditioner and is not used as a heater-repair price.
Scope: Selected failed-component repairs and heater connection work. A simple supply-line replacement is at the lower end; tankless service-valve work is at the higher end. Internal elements, thermostats and gas controls have their own examples below. Commercial equipment and replacement heaters are separate.

Elements and thermostats

Six reviewed repair scopes before whole-job discounts. Examples range from one failed element to both elements and two thermostats; one revised diagnosis included an element with the thermostat repair.
Propane pilot / thermopile assembly

Two reviewed flushing lines were $220 and $275. Their invoices also contained an anode upgrade or toilet repairs; those larger totals are not flush-only prices.

What changes the price at your property?
